Summary
The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by overseeing a range of administrative functions. Responsibilities include preparing payroll, managing word and data processing tasks, facilitating communication between technical staff and clients, and maintaining organized, division-specific records and information.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit weekly payroll documentation to the corporate office for final processing.
- Manage documentation for new hires, rehires, and terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Support the corporate office with quarterly reporting requirements.
- Oversee the peer review process for technical reports, including coordination of edits and finalization.
- Prepare and distribute client proposals, maintain the proposal log, and ensure timely updates.
- Log and set up new projects in the internal database, ensuring accurate and complete records.
- Communicate with clients to request and gather necessary project information as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, associate's degree in business or related is ideal.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Organized and possess exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to initiate and follow through with requests for information and track due dates.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Compensation: $22 - 28/hour
