Summary
The Scheduling Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for clients requesting field service appointments. This is a full-time, in-office position with the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Be first point of contact for calls from clients, and maintain open communications regarding services
- Direct calls to technical staff, and assist with requests for technical information from clients
- Assist with collecting technical information and create project folders daily for use by field staff for the following days assignments
- Maintain open communication between technical staff and management
Qualifications
- HS Diploma; Associate degree in Business Administration or related is ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have good attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Compensation: $20 / hour
